Hopefully management reviews the camera footage to see what really happened. For anyone reading this — don’t fall for their so-called “free” trial or 30-day offers. It’s misleading, and the way they treat potential customers is disappointing. Responding to the owners reply: Thank you for replying, but your version of events is inaccurate. Patrick was actually rude, refused to provide the owner’s name or any contact information, and completely denied me service after I calmly questioned the process. I never requested a 30-day wash pass — it was offered to me, then I was told I had to pay for a wash instead. The text message I received from Tommy’s itself clearly shows that a 30-day trial was activated, yet I was still denied service at the location. This isn’t about misunderstanding the process — it’s about how your staff handled the situation and spoke to me as a customer. I stand by my review and hope management truly checks the camera footage so the truth can be seen. Respect goes both ways, and future customers deserve to know how these “free” offers are actually handled.
