  Very frustrated with this company! I signed up under a free promotion. I used the app to cancel. Once I canceled the subscription, I was no longer able to sign into the app which appeared to be confirmation that it was canceled. However, this location continued to bill me for three more months. I submitted a dispute to the credit card company and apparently Tommy said that they would not honor my cancellation and would not refund the money. That is just plain dirty! No service was provided and I did my part to cancel.

  The wash is just okay. The amount of cleaner to water ratio is definitely off compared to any other car wash. Vacuums are pretty good compared to most washes. The workers a pretty friendly as well

  coming for the first time here experience. it was well worth it all the ladies here were very kind: Abigail, Sophia and Izzy were very patient in explaining everything there is to have here at the car wash.

  Abigail and Sophia were awesome and was very helpful and file the issue with tailgate and allowed me to back through. Sophia came around to ensure I did not lack in anything that I may need or if y’all met expectation Thank you so much
