  ⭐️ 1 Star – Disappointed and Unprofessional Handling of Damage I am leaving this review on behalf of my husband, who was a loyal customer of Tommy’s Express Car Wash from the time this location opened. During a recent visit, while his vehicle was actively going through the wash, the facility damaged his rear windshield wiper. This damage occurred inside the car wash, not before entering. My husband always takes pictures of his vehicle before he enters into a car wash just in case things like this happen. So, we are certain he did not have damage before he entered into the car wash. When my husband brought this to the attention of the on-site manager, he was told there was “nothing they could do” because the vehicle is over 10 years old. What was most frustrating is that they were unable to provide any written policy, contract, signage, or documentation stating that vehicles over 10 years old are excluded from assistance or liability. This felt like an excuse rather than a legitimate policy. Even more disappointing than the damage itself was the complete lack of empathy or accountability. The staff and manager were very nonchalant and showed no concern about resolving the issue or about losing a long-time customer. No attempt was made to help, escalate, or even acknowledge the inconvenience or frustration caused by damage that happened on their equipment. Because of how poorly this was handled, my husband has closed his account and is no longer a customer. Not because accidents can’t happen, but because of how indifferent and dismissive the response was. I would strongly advise anyone with a vehicle over 10 years old to reconsider using this car wash, as you may be left with damage and no support if something goes wrong. Overall: disappointing, disheartening, and unprofessional.

  Purchased a wash above basic, barely even got a wash. Sent an email no response. Edit from 1 star: I got an email response and once I spoke to a staff member at the location he informed me that the location will offer a re wash if the first wash isnt satisfactory. I informed him of my situation and he gave me another wash which resulted in the same weird spots so the guy at the window gave me another free wash and that did the job! Not sure if its just the gear or the car wash doesnt like my car but the 2nd time got the job done so issue resolved. Thank you Khary for reaching out and following up!
