  Great new location for Tommys on Potranco! The staff is super cool I was in and out of the carwash with the wheels looking super clean! Shouts out to Romie for the excellent service, the team is lucky to have her! Come check them out. 👏🏼

  Romie was very informative and helped me to select the right membership. Knowing the differences between the services helped me see the value. She came out after the car wash and ensured we were properly set up in the app. She also asked if I was happy with the services and told me about the mat washers…which I love! How did I ever get on without these?!?!!! Anyhow- dropped in on a whim and glad I did. Romie is a very friendly and knowledgeable employee! Thanks!

  Madison did an awesome job. She was extremely friendly, professional, and made the whole experience smooth from start to finish. You can tell she actually cares about doing things right and making sure customers leave happy. The service was quick, the car looked great afterward, and she kept a really positive attitude the entire time. People like Madison are the reason I’ll keep coming back. Highly recommend.

  Pablo is the CSR I had the pleasure of being assisted by today. My wife and I had received a free “The Works” wash in the mail and figured we’d try it out after dropping our son off at school. We arrived at Tommy’s Express and handed the coupon to the cashier, Pablo. Instantly Pablo went into hustle mode—in the best way possible. He greeted us with a great attitude and was extremely friendly right from the start. While getting us set up for the wash, he did an excellent job explaining the different services and membership options they offer. What really stood out was how well he was able to present the value of the membership without being pushy or aggressive. He clearly knows how to sell the product, but he does it in a way that feels genuine and respectful to the customer. At first we were still a little on the fence about committing to a membership. Instead of pushing harder, Pablo stayed friendly and reassuring. He even offered alternatives like the pay-per-wash option and made sure we felt comfortable with whatever decision we made. That level of professionalism and customer awareness is rare. Another thing that really impressed us was his commitment to customer satisfaction. After our wash, my car still had a little bit of dirt left on it. Pablo noticed and immediately took care of it by running us through the wash a second time for a more thorough clean—free of charge. That extra step showed he truly cares about making sure customers leave happy. Honestly, Pablo was so persuasive and good at explaining everything that my wife joked he should probably get into real estate and start selling houses. Great customer service, great personality, and a great representative for the business. People like Pablo are exactly the reason customers come back.
