We’ve spoken with a Sixt representative, which he appeared to be calling outside the U.S. (India). This gentleman was genuinely rude and very unwilling to answer any questions. When my wife and I asked the Sixt representative about our $200.00 deposit for the rental he stated that the money will be refunded in 15 days, and after that he hung the phone and terminated the call. Rental companies usually refund the rental deposit to your form of payment within 1 to 5 business days, of course not the case with Sixt. The worst experience I ever had with a rental company. Please do your search before you commit to rent vehicles from this company. Good luck renting a vehicle!
