  I have used this rental car service about five times over the past seven months, and unfortunately the experience has not been as smooth as I had hoped. Their vehicle selection is often limited regardless of what you reserve or how far in advance you book. Several times I reserved a full size car for gas efficiency esp. when I needed to drive longer distances, but when I arrived I was frequently offered a truck instead. A truck was not what I reserved and it was not practical for my needs. It was disappointing to make a reservation with specific preferences and find that those options were not actually available. The staff were generally polite, but the reliability of the reservations themselves has been an ongoing issue. I would encourage the company to be more transparent about their actual inventory so customers can plan accordingly.

  Awful customer service from the manager. Like others have mentioned in the reviews, he is very rude and dismissive. The airport location has much friendlier and helpful service.

  Best value, for price and quality. Everything was ok, good vehicules. Quick and simple. Just the location is a little bit hide, it's in the big building with the hostel and everything, but first floor so it's easy, there is a inside parking road just behind the agence, you can go outside easely.

  I was sent here from the airport location to get a car because they couldn't honor my reservation at the airport location then I showed up and they told me they had no cars available

  Great experience with Sixt in San Antonio. Pickup and return were quick and easy, the staff was friendly and professional, and the car was clean and exactly what I reserved. Smooth, hassle-free rental—would definitely use Sixt again.
