Terrible experience.
- Initial tech never showed despite my confirming the appointment via text.
- Employees argue with you that they called to confirm even though call logs show they didn't. They'll cancel the appointment and basically call you a liar.
- You'll reschedule for later the in day. They will switch out your discount for a lesser one.
- They'll reschedule that rescheduled appointment
- Then they'll reschedule the already twice rescheduled appointment and become rude and interrupt you while you are talking.
Zero customer service and terrible way to handle business.
I recommend all to go elsewhere.

I am beyond frustrated with my experience at Safelite AutoGlass on Toepperwein Road, and people deserve to know this before trusting them with their vehicle.
I dropped my car off at 7:00 a.m. for a windshield replacement with calibration. The windshield was replaced, but that is where the service stopped. My vehicle was kept ALL DAY with no communication whatsoever. No calls. No updates. Nothing. As their closing time approached, I had to start calling them myself just to get a status update.
Then, at 1800, I called to come pick up my car. The windshield had been replaced, but I was informed the location could not calibrate my windshield and I have to take the vehicle to the dealer to finish the job.
That explanation, after holding my car all day, is unacceptable.
If calibration was not possible at this location, that should have been disclosed before my car was dropped off or at the very least early in the day, not at the end after hours. Had I known, I would have taken my vehicle straight to the dealer and avoided wasting an entire day.
Instead, I lost a full day, still have an incomplete repair, and now have to rearrange my schedule AGAIN to finish what should have been a one-stop service. This reflects extremely poor communication, lack of transparency, and zero regard for a customer’s time.
A windshield replacement today is not complete without proper calibration. Holding a vehicle all day, providing no updates, and forcing the customer to chase answers is unacceptable. I would strongly caution anyone considering this location to think twice or take their business elsewhere.

Isaiah, the tech who came out to replace my windshield did a great job and was courteous, professional and explained the entire process. He left my car clean, too. Safelite made this experience easy and their tech arrived when they said he would.

Um it’s like in the middle of nowhere and in a shabby rundown looking shipping container. Plenty of parking. Nice staff. Don’t try to call. You’ll get nothing but AI no matter how hard you try to get ahold of someone. My moms appointment is soon and depending how that goes I’ll change my review. But at least I know here they will do the job better than a shady small business.
