The representative showed me only one set of rims that advised me that would fit my car that was actually in stock at that location. I wasn’t really picky at the time. I just wanted some black rims on my car so technically about five months after getting the rims, I started having issues with the front end of my car. And also the rear end of my car never in 1 million years would’ve thought I was sold the wrong Type of rim which the sales representative at the time sold me all Wheel drive When my car is rear wheel drive, which caused me to have problems with my front upper and rear control arms had those replaced $1700 later That was done Febuary of this year 2025 And then literally two months later I had to have the same thing fixed again and then to be told that my spindle was Bent, and that’s the only way the spindle could be bent was if the car was involved in the front and collision in which my car was not involved in the front end collision And my car has never been involved in a wreck Since I’ve half a car and then long behold I was told by the repair shop that fixed the spindle and also redid my upper lower front and rear control arms that it was the rims So this time I go back up to Raw Wheels and was told by the customer service rep named Kevin that yeah having the wrong type of Rim on the car will cause severe front and damage. So with that being said, they swapped out the rims for a new set of rooms that was for rear wheel and then also with me having the wrong Type of rim cause all my tires to go bad because all of the tires on the inner wall inside were being damaged each time I drove the car, not knowing this was going on with my vehicle so I have been trying to reach Corporate since this whole incident since August when this took place when I realize that it was from the rooms each time you call the number that is listed on the website. It takes you back to the local office. I’m just want my money back for what I spent out getting my car fixed and not once but twice and then also. The money I had to spend on these tires now so if a general manager reached this, I would love for you to contact me ASAP because if not, I will have to take this to court and I do have video of your representative stating that it was your fault from your customer service representative selling me the wrong type of rim and it causing the damage To my vehicle.

We're all about making the wheels, tires, accessories and services you need and want affordable. We have a Buy-It-Today or 9-Months (41 Weeks) Early Purchase Option. Our 9-Months (41 Weeks) Early Purchase option allows you up to about 9 months (41 weeks) to pay off your wheels and or tires at our cash price. We also have Rent-To-Own, which allows you up to 82 weeks to pay off your wheels and/or tires. With Rent-To-Own if you don't pay your balance in full within 9 months (41 weeks), you'll receive 50% off of your remaining agreement balance if you decide to payoff your agreement early. You can fill out our online application to be pre-approved.

Yes, both! You can purchase or Rent-To-Own only tires and wheels. You can also buy or Rent-To-Own just one tire/wheel or a thousand. We're flexible! We carry a variety of tires for passenger, performance, truck and off-road vehicles, all latest styles and brands of wheels, all available to buy or through our Rent-To-Own program.
What do I need to rent wheels & tires/What to bring?
To qualify for our Rent-To-Own program we have a few simple requirements. In order to open an agreement, you will have to show proof of employment (paycheck stub), proof of vehicle insurance, vehicle registration, driver's license, proof of address (utility bill) and 5 references. How does the referral program work?
Earn $50 toward your account for every friend you recommend that becomes a customer. There is no limit! Refer as many friends as you would like. Simply call the store with their name and number and we’ll do all the work. Qualifications: You must be an active customer in good standing. The referred customer must open a new rent-to-own agreement with us for a set of wheels and/or tires. It’s simple!
