- CWChristopher WanderJan 4, 20261.0If you use the app for the coupons, make sure you pay close attention to the total price of whatever it is you're buying and be sure to get a receipt. I've never had an issue with any other location but today, I used two coupons from the app. One of coupon was for a free fountain drink and the other one was a coupon for a fountain drink for just $1. I got a total of 5 drinks but somehow still had to pay $8 even after the coupons. Which didn't make sense to me. Yeah I know It's not a big deal, but it just didn't seem right having to pay that much still. I usually don't get the receipt but had to go back inside to request it, and had her look it over to see how she charged me. She said she used both coupons, but charged me 1 or 2 extra drinks which I thought was a pretty dumb axcuse even though she looked closely at what I was buying and I even told her how many cups I had on the counter. I wasn't wrong with the coupon either. I was fully aware it was for the big Q size which I had, all the cups were the same size. I'm not trying to sound like a karen about this, I was not rude to them at all when I questioned them about it but I've been scammed before, and I don't appreciate sketchy situations like that.

Usually there is 1 or 2 that are broken down but lately maybe 1 works and it only has 2 brews, one of them is usually decaf. I've walked out many times this past week because of this issue, and I usually buy other things in the morning too with my coffee, but won't be doing business here for a while.
