I was turned away by employees who falsely told me I wasn't legally allowed to purchase alcohol during the permitted times set by the state of Texas. Reducate staff on how to handle this. You've lost a customer In addition to this, your iced coffee pumps are constantly empty, even during rush times in the morning. Do better, you cost more than anyone else in the area, act like it.
