  I called customer service to asking what time your close the location on Bandera but they are not know and cut off

  After reading the reviews I was quite scared to take my car here but because it was less than 1 min away from my apartments I decided to try it out. I actually loved the costumer service and how they had both types of vacuums and all the fun bubbles and colors inside the car wash. but unfortunately the reviews are correct. i’m not sure if it’s the strong air blower that messed my car up but it was definitely something inside the car wash. Luckily it wasn’t a big damage and I was able to pop it back in place but either way they definitely need to fix it. I’m not the only one who’s experience damage to their car from this car wash so I would be careful.

  For a self service car wash the is a lot of assistance here. If I have questions or need anything the crew here is accessible and not hiding waiting for their shift to end. I came from two other car washes as I felt they were cutting corners to extract more profits. But here I know that customer service is on the fire front of the business. Oh and the wash is great, the equipment is well maintained as I've never encountered part of the washer down. Again they're customer service is to notch as A.J. seems to be "Johnny-on-the-spot" on the weekends when I'm here having the top of the line yet reasonable priced monthly pass. Thanks Mr. Quack.

  Very amazing experience I had trouble getting my car out of autohold and Team member anthony along with lady preppping were patient and helpful. Every person I spoke to on the property went above and beyond!
