Excellent car wash. Very friendly and welcoming staff. I went ahead and bought a monthly membership right away. My truck came out spotless — highly recommend! I messed up a bit and didn’t put the truck in neutral right away, but the staff handled it very politely
Absolutely love liyah every time we go ! Great with my daughters they absolutely adore her ♥️ ! Such a great personality just walking around smiling , it's rare to meet people with good attitudes at work and we definitely come back for her ! Give her a raise 😆

Liyah was amazing and super helpful. I didn’t go with the intention of getting a membership but she helped me save money in the long run. she was super efficient and was so sweet. i appreciate yall for employing people like that and i will be frequenting this location.
I stopped using this car wash before it was purchased and renamed because it wouldn’t keep our Honda Civic on the guide track. I decided to give it a try because I was told everything was remodeled, the attendant that greeted me was very kind and explained why I quit using the car wash, she said I shouldn’t have a problem anymore. As I pulled into the car wash there was another female waving her hand for me to keep driving forward, I guess I must not have been doing it fast enough because she became more aggressive with her arm movements and started looking angrier than she already did. After feeling the tire move into the catch I placed the car in neutral, after a couple of tugs the civic rolled forward past the tire catch which would’ve caused me to hit another vehicle had there been one, a couple seconds later the tire catch caught up and moved the car forward. I have 3 other vehicles I’ve taken through the car wash weekly in the past without any issues, this car wash just doesn’t like our 2 door Honda Civic. I gave 2 stars because the car was cleaner but the rude female guiding me in ruined any chance of my other vehicles coming back to the car wash.

I just got a new car and had heard great things about this place, so I figured I would give it a try. At both Go Wash and Bubble Bath just around the corner, they usually offer a free first wash if you are considering joining, and both provide amazing quality and service. That was not the case here. There was a single-wash option, but it was only about ten dollars less than the monthly pass, so I decided to purchase the monthly instead to see how it went.
Unfortunately, the experience was terrible. After one wash, my white car came out covered in black residue, and my license plate was bent and twisted. The car was actually dirtier than before. I went back right away to request a refund and cancel my membership, but the staff could not help and told me to call customer care.
The customer service experience was also abysmal. I waited on hold for 45 minutes listening to a repetitive recording and awful music that made the wait even more agitating. When I finally reached someone, they told me there was nothing that could be done and that I would have to return to the location during business hours, which I cannot do since I work during those hours. There was no empathy, no ownership, and no effort to resolve the issue.
**Update**
After emailing the CEO, Jason, I was contacted by the manager, Grant, at the Bandera Road location. The call was condescending and unprofessional. Grant insisted the black residue on my car was not tire shine, even though it clearly came from all four tires immediately after the wash. He even remarked that he could “take time out of his busy day to show me how a car wash works.”
He also admitted that the wash bends license plates and spoke as if that was normal. Mine was bent so badly it had to be replaced. When I asked about a refund, he showed no concern and blamed the earlier poor customer service on an AWS outage that occurred a full 24 hours later, which had no relevance to the situation at all.
The overall attitude was that they already had my money and did not care about the customer experience. I will update this review if the company reaches out and makes things right.
