  They started off good in the beginning, unfortunately they seemed to have dropped off every which way after just 2 to 3 months. Support any local car wash, stay away from this location if you enjoy quality service seriously.

  The person who guides you in is supposed to use the pressure washer IN HIS HAND to wash off dirt before you bring it into the car wash and scratch your car all up. This guy splashed some water on my windshield and called it good...so disappointing..wont be back.

  Short answer: don't waste your money here and drive 1 mile south east for a better wash/vacuum & amenities. Will not go back to this franchise. I saw this place had good reviews but I did not receive this experience unfortunately. I wantd to check this place out and see what the most basic ($12.99) wash has to offer. While placing my vehicle in Neutral, a middle aged gentleman "rinsed" my vehicle with a hose that barely had any water pressure which didn't do anything really. While driving through the wash, felt rushed and when exiting the wash, the rubber seal strip on top of my vehicle (less than 5 years old vehicle), was flapping all over the place. When I parked to vacuum my vehicle, I was able to put the rubber seal back in place and decided to shrug it off. By no means am I expecting a detailing type of job, but there was more imperfecions than usual. I really had to scrub things off with the "drying towel". I am used to going to another car wash where they offer moist drying towels, this place offered wet drying towels? didn't like that and left some residue. The vacuums were decent but other places offer better Air Watts where they leave a combing pattern, not Quick Quack. This Quick Quack also does not offer mat cleaners, not sure if that's based on locations. They also do not offer Windex for the glass. I used the basic wash at Club Car wash ($11) and it left my vehicle less dirty and with more shine. At the time they have a 3.8 review that's why I came here. I guess seeing Quick Quack with a 4.9 made me have high expectations. If your selling point is, you were supposed to get the "Lucky Duck" or "Ceramic Duck", you're doing it wrong. The amenities themselves are not worth it. Summary: I came with high expectations and customer service was lacking, wash was lacking, and amenities post wash was lacking. For a basic was, go elsewhere.

  Knowledgeable staff friendly and very courteous place vacuum cleaners were very good plenty of towels to dry your car and an accident promotion right now
