    My experience with Volvo SA was the easiest car buying experience i’ve ever had. This was also my first purchase/lease with them, so I cannot say whether they have always been this effecient or if Covid has forced us all into a new way to work ... whatever it is - these guys have it on lock! Ray was my sales guy and he was just great. Found me what i was looking for, sent links and answered my questions via text and calls then got my deal done and drove my car to me to drop it off!! We signed paperwork at my house and i handed him the keys to my old car and it was all done! Easy Peasy! I highly reccomend them!

    No common sense check. One element of the service I took my Volvo in for was a tire rotation and balance for $69.95. They were able to see in their system the mileage at which my last service had been performed out-of-state, so I assume they could also see that during that service I had new front tires installed. Upon return home, I measured the tread and now my front tires, the old ones they rotated up to replace the new ones, have significantly less tread than the others. The Service associate says that the tech rated my (now) front tire tread as an 8/10 and my (now) back as a 9/10. I doubt their ratings should be so close, and I took photos to show how much more tread my back tires now have than my front (see pics). I called, they are going to refund me and I can bring my car back in for an unscheduled visit to rotate the tires back to their original position. We'll see how long that takes. The original SCHEDULED service, from which I declined the $90 oil change (I'll get a cheaper one somewhere else), was supposed to take 1 to 1-1/2 hours, and I didn't leave there until almost 2-1/2 hours later. I wonder how long this next unscheduled one will take.

    Billy Havlic was great, took care of everything seamlessly, didn’t have the vehicle that I wanted initially but went above and beyond to find a vehicle for me. The next time I look at buying a car or truck it will be from Billy.
