    I love nearby so this is where I bring my lease truck for repairs and PMs. I generally drop off my truck and come back when the work is done. They usually finish quickly. I would only say to keep an extra set of keys on your person because they are prone to losing or misplacing the keys. They do solid work though and they have the ability to cut new keys on sight.

    This is not fixing the issue after a month of the truck being in the shop. They do not listen to drivers. They took the truck out for a test drive and said it was good to go and held unto it for another week, for what? If the issue persists, taking it out on a test drive is NOT going to solve the issue. I dont understand why we are taking short cuts. I brought the truck in to get fixed. Please do that.

    Terrible. They always screw things up. Difficult to get the truck rented. They don't give you the insurance you ask for. Takes way too long to get the paperwork done, with a reservation, and then waiting for them to bring the truck out. Customer service rep has zero interest in helping the customer. I'm done with them.

    Penski was great. I had an out of town move from Dallas area to SA. I had to extend it a day passed the three days given and the manager was super super helpful!!!
