I would only say to keep an extra set of keys on your person because they are prone to losing or misplacing the keys. They do solid work though and they have the ability to cut new keys on sight.

They took the truck out for a test drive and said it was good to go and held unto it for another week, for what? If the issue persists, taking it out on a test drive is NOT going to solve the issue. I dont understand why we are taking short cuts. I brought the truck in to get fixed. Please do that.

Takes way too long to get the paperwork done, with a reservation, and then waiting for them to bring the truck out. Customer service rep has zero interest in helping the customer. I'm done with them.
