- LLLysDec 6, 20255.0Pearl's north, south and west lot all have the same signage. Great reasonable rates compared to further downtown. Plenty of spots to choose from, some are ''covered" under the highway- which helps on warm sunny days - and some are out in the open. Free during the week until 3pm then $4. Flat rate $13 all weekend Friday-Sunday.

I was there for ten minutes and got charged automatically when I did not give them my card information. They are saving past card information and linking it to your drivers license.
