And also my coworkers who were renting vehicles as well were badly treated. The staff was so grossly rude and refused to acknowledge our memberships and denied us access to the vehicles that we had reserved. Also it has been 3 days and I still don't have a receipt because they still can't close out the vehicle. Which is beyond ridiculous... I will never rent from this location again and will inform my company of how we were treated at this location.

She literally hung up on me when I still had two more questions. HOWEVER the location she sent me to was very friendly and helpful. Roberto Sanchez at the San Antonio Enterprise gave me numerous options to get me back on the road. Since the only substitute cars available were downgrades (lady on hotline should have noticed this) he arranged for the tire to get fixed instead. I was back on the road in less than 45 minutes AFTER Roberto's help. Hotline = very poor. On-Site personal = A+
