  I pulled up with a nearly flat tire and without hesitation Johnny's got right to it and took the tire off. After thoroughly evaluating it and he determined the tire can be patched. I appreciate him not defaulting to pushing a new tire purchase onto me. He pulled the nail out and put in some exceptional effort to patch it. Problem solved in 25 minutes.

  They lied about services provided. I took my car to Mike's based on the great reviews. My tire pressure was very low and I needed an oil change and a safety check ahead of a 5 day road trip. The guy at the desk told me they aired up my tires and drove it around the block a couple times to make sure the pressure reading was good. He also said they checked everything over and topped all my fluids off. I asked if all this usually came with the $90 dollar oil change (I guess I should've checked the price!!) and he said yes. But when I got on the road, only 1 tire had been filled - overfilled to 35 - and the others were the same as when I brought it in. When I got on the highway and hit some rain, we noticed one of the windshield wipers was peeled half off. At this point, I'm guessing none of my fluids were checked or topped off and I wouldn't be surprised to learn I didn't get an oil change either. Never going back.
