PRRS patrols this lot. Even if you have paid with a QR and exit before time, they will ticket you over $100. Do not park in PRRS lots. Look at what they did in Denver.

This place sucks. We went across the street to eat BBQ and we got a notice of non compliance in the mail requesting $102 for less than an hour of parking.

Has option for Apple Pay on Website but doesn’t work by the time put in all the credit card information and pay 30 minutes gone by so now I only have an hour and 30 minutes. That’s how they get you because it’s as soon as you scan They put in the time you came not after you pay for it

My family and I travelled to SA from the Gulf Coast for a Six Flags excursion. We wanted to visit the Alamo and Riverwalk as well. We parked at this lot and paid for four hours. We were 10 minutes over and received a $102 violation. When I contacted the third party company handling the notice they were intractable and would not reach a reasonable settlement. Yes, there was a violation and yes, a fee should be paid but $102 for 10 minutes over is beyond excessive. Please consider your options when you park here. My family and I will never patronize a LAZ lot. Never again.

Avoid EVER parking here in this lot. The first clue should be that it's unmaintained, full of pot holes, and the kiosk is always broken. I made the mistake of parking here once when every other space and garage near the courthouse was full. I went to the kiosk to try to pay for my parking (which is exorbitant) and as discussed above, was broken. I used the QR code to pay for it. After stating that it took payment, apparently it never did and I get a notice from them that states "you never paid and we have pictures of your car". (Apparently that technology works) They then charged me $92. If I had more time I would've fought them on this but it wasn't worth it. Instead learn from my ordeal and never park here. I wouldn't discount the fact that this is some type of scam they're running.
