    DONT USE THEM initially they seemed helful with 3.8k in damage 2k being the side mirror due to the vehicle 2 days after returning it to me the paint job looked horrible and added damage due to poor workmanship so i had to return it since then it has been a total nightmare not only was there nibs and trash in the panels they painted resulting in numerous repaint of panels they have excessive amounts of over spray all over my brand new 90k vehicle with every excuse in the world in the world how painting a quarter panel resulted in overspray on steps inside door jams saying they didn't know about the prep process and the painters need to learn more and im a particular client and the issues I notice 95% of the people getting cars repaired there would overlook or the issue is my vehicle is black so it shows I had to get a senior usaa tech involved to look at my vehicle and even she says the workmanship is poor her and I have loss the confidence that this shop can even correct the issues they have outsourced the issues to 2 paint correction shop that has failed to correct the added damage they have added to my vehicle on areas that weren't initially damaged after 4 or 5 times of asking me to come look at the damage repair they said was happy with but still was there they said they are done with tryingnto satisfy me on correcting their damage they caused and my vehicle needs to go to another shop because they themselves have lost the confidence in their own workers to correct the job the original job was suppose to take 7 days and had to be returned in 2 then said it would take 19 days to correct I have now been without my vehicle since 2 days before THANKSGIVING and its the end of january and im still in a rental getting told my vehicle is now going to go to caliber collison to fix their mistakes that may resultsbin my door jams now having to be paintedbon a new vehicle they have blamed it on lack of knowledge poor lighting in their facility and lack of expertise on their staff of how the damage was created and cant be corrected after months of working only to show up see the over spray is still there only to see new damage in my vehicle that has to now be painted only to hear excuse after excuse from the manager and acting like they cant see the damage until the customer points it out or how much extra money they have had to spend on more product and outsourcing pain correcting specialists to fix what a collison center cause they wouldnt normally spend to correct the damage not from the original very minor accident but from the damage and poor workmanship that has been added to my vehicle not to mention they dont use the factory paint its a in house mixture they make themselves to try and paint match that hopefully will still paint match years later its all the damage and overspray they have caused to my vehicle that they cant correct or know someone who does I have had to have the manager remove parts from inside the car during the rebuild process because instead of using part carts the workers have put parts they took off my vehicle and placed inside the car on my brown leather seats risking further damage now after having my car for months the vehicle is now displaying a check engine light it didnt have and cannot turn off there is no estimation on when i will have my vehicle back due to their negligence and damages they made to my vehicle they only have the expertise to create not fix MY ADVICE IS TO PICK ANOTHER SHOP AND TO ANYONE COMING HERE BEFORE YOU ACCEPT YOUR VEHICLE TAKE THE TIME TO LOOK OVER YOUR VEHICLE NOT JUST WHAT THEY PAINTED EVERYWHERE EVEN THE PANELS THEY DDINT PAINT INSIDE AND OUT SO YOU DONT END UP IN A SITUATION LIKE MINE I have had other horror stories with other body shops in town but none to this degree I have never had someone cause these issues to my vehicle and cant fix only for the manager not to look me in my eyes as a man and tell me the shop has reach the point they no longer want to put time and money into my vehicle repairing mistakes just walk off THE REP TOLD ME TRUST STEER CLEAR
