- RPRobert PradoDec 7, 20251.0very bad service- called to get a price on conventional oil change- Adrian told me it was $68- I went to get my oil change & the cashier told me it was $42.99 after I presented a half off coupon, told him it should be $34 , he apparently told Adrian that I cussed at him, they would not honor the price, I told Adrian I would speak to the owner- he said good luck with that, Adrian was very standoffish, no apologies, Jiffy Lube & Adrian have aweful customer service- the Manager was a female, she was rude too, not friendly in any way , they should appreciate my business & show some GRATITUDE or close down! Got a call from the Store Manager- said he wouldn't do anything for me- it's obvious his employees are a reflection of him, what lousy service! I sent an email to the District Manager & didn't get a response??
