Service was great but unless it's Halloween, a customer in a military uniform, I'm pretty sure is in the military. I had to ask for my military discount.

I took my truck on November 29, 2025 for some repairs. I'm very disappointed with the service I got. Some of the repairs that I needed were the TPMS, the horn, and the door handle on the driver's side. Unfortunately, the horn wasn't repaired because there was something else going on with it and the mechanic couldn't repair it on site. I appreciate that from him......but the second part was what disappointed me the most. The door handle was replaced and the 2 TPMS from the front of my truck too. The bad part about the door handle was that as soon as I got home, I tried it a couple of times and something inside broke. So, pretty much, it ended up being the same way it was before. My dad took the truck back a few days later and nothing was done about it. Then I went back on a different day with my dad to explain to the mechanic what had happened. And once more, the issue was not resolved. The mechanic checked the door and opened it in a weird way. Then he told me that there was a specific way to open it. He did some weird hack that was a partial solution to the problem. I was so surprised for what he did and he explained it to me in spanish as if I didn't understand english. Well, actually, if we see it on my perspective, I did not understand how a mechanic from Jiffy Lube could do a mediocre job like that, charge me, and call it good! That was actually the part that I wasn't understanding. So, next time if you guys see a customer so confused or surprised, it might not be a language barrier. It might be that the client is trying to analyze the situation and the quality of your work. With the TPMS it was the same issue. Some work was done on the repairs but they did not resolve the actual concern that I had. That was to make sure to get rid of the light symbol on the dashboard. Fortunately, I went to another mechanic and he resolved all these problems. I had to pay full price again for all the work that was previously done in Jiffy Lube. It was pricey but, fortunately, I did not have to go back several times to complain. This new mechanic has my trust now. For future reference, please make sure to 1) not make partial repairs when a client wants something fixed. Unless, he is OK with that. 2) Don't make a customer return several times for the same problem. 3)If you guys can't repair something and the customer comes back with the same issue in his vehicle, give a refund or at least a partial refund. Im sorry, but a loss is a loss! It shouldn't cost the customer money for something you guys did not fix properly!

I've had good experiences at other Jiffy Lubes. But this one was the "woman in a car service center" phenomenon. The tech who "went over my courtesy check" told me my wipers "weren't tilted enough". Exact words. When I asked what that meant, he just told me they "needed to be replaced". When I asked do you mean they're worn??? You think one of the wiper arms is bent somehow, he just said they're "too straight and need to be replaced". Lol what does that even MEAN? They're only a couple months old. I go through 2-3 sets a year, TX heat just destroys them. And I'm not paying $40 for their sets anyway. My car is a 2021. Then it was "Your tires are 5 years old". You really believed that? What makes you think that? "They need to be replaced". They just were. 5 months ago. Who on EARTH would drive around on 5 year old tires? In fact they've been replaced twice since I got the car. Then he asked if they should top off the coolant. Sure. $10 for "2 quarts" ain't no WAY because I only top off a few OUNCES every few months. I've checked it since my visit there which was a couple months ago. Hasn't moved. Upselling incompetent ripoff. Buyer, and especially women, beware.

I can not caution you enough about this jiffy lube !! If I was you I would keep driving and go to another oil change place. I have a brand new Ford Maverick and I took it here for its very first oil change. Mind you I have had this vehicle since June. The expected oil change is recommended at 10,000 miles. I was at 7200 miles. I went in there they changed my oil and rotated my tires. Once the vehicle was done I drove off to meet my wife for lunch less than 10 miles away. Before I got there my vehicle started shaking and blowing blue smoke from the tail pipe. Remember this is brand new. When I took it back to them they stated it’s a re call. My vehicle has no active recalls. I had to have too towed at my expense and the repairs are at my expense from their negligence. Ford did the diagnostic and they over filled my oil. I had oil in the spark plugs and in the intake. Do not I repeat do not take your vehicle here. These people are very dishonest and will do what ever and say whatever it takes to push the blame to someone els. Good luck if you do decide to get your oil change here.
