The other bogus charges is a Parts Tax. The fact that I didn’t purchase any parts (I had an oil change and a tire rotation), why am I being charged tax on parts I didn’t purchase. The gentlemen I spoke with and the ones doing the work have exceptional customer service skills (except for the cashier - he wasn’t friendly, nor unfriendly, he just rang it up and told me to sign). I really liked Ruben and two other gentlemen (I did not get their names). But unfortunately these bogus charges totaling almost $16.00 will probably make me look elsewhere before bringing my Jeep back for service.
