Much better service than last year when everyone was on break or something and no one bothered to check me in. After an excessive period of time I just left. There's another oil change service provider down the street who was more than happy to provide the service without delay.

Imagine my surprise since this same Jiffy Lube supposedly “replaced it” during my last service. They definitely charged me for it (I have the receipts and this is the only place that has ever performed my oil/filter changes). Today they tried charging me for another one and advised I contact the dealer to replace the door. I declined. When I went to leave, I noticed they left my glovebox on the floorboard of the passenger side…clearly from checking the cabin filter they neglected to put in on the last visit. Just awful, please don’t waste your time or money here.

I have a sealed transmission so it’s hard to find a shop that can do it, let alone a transmission shop with availability. The manager verified if they can do it before making false promises and with his knowledge and with the equipment on hand he worked things around in order to get the job done. Professionalism and savvy techs at it best.
