So I've updated my review to 5 stars and commend Eli and Matt. Thank you both for that. Normally, I go to jiffy lube on protranco, but I was running errands and went to the one on grissom road. BIG MISTAKE! They weren't busy, just 1 car before me. Told them I wanted an oil change, no tire rotation, and change out my cabin filter. All that was done in about 30 mins. On my way back home (23 miles) my car was making the worst noise. When I got off the highway to check it, I found they DID NOT screw in my oil pan, so it was dragging on the ground and was ruined. Now, my oil didn't leak out ,Thank God, but what will you do about my car now. It was definitely the fault of your workers! They were playing around too much, enjoying their day, and happened to ruin mine.
