However, I noticed oil spills in my driveway on 26 Oct which I didn't think came from my truck, but on 29 Oct there was another, so I took it back and was told the oil filter was a little loose. This is unacceptable! The manager said there was a drop on the filter and told me that a drop could cause the size of the attached spill and we went back an forth a few times. The dip stick showed full after they topped of the oil. But I told the reps "Jennifer " I will never use them again. My problem is the principle I should not have to worry about if the manager and technician are ensure the oil is installed tight enough. The manager and the technician that installed the oil filter should be fired.

He didn't try selling me something I didn't need at the time. I like someone that is honest and Efrain was that person.
