- SLSteve LiserioSep 26, 20251.0Not a good experience. First, i got there early. It was hard to ensure i was at the correct place. Technician arrived and just sat in his car until it was time to “ clock in” which was about 15 minutes. Told me it would take until noon and he would call me. I never got a call. I arrived to pick up my car at 1600 because they closed at 1730. When i arrived, no one was there. I waited for about 45 minutes meanwhile calling to the shop with no answered calls. When he finally arrived. They raised the price on me, as if i have a choice to fight it right? I NEED this thing in my car. The technician didn’t even show me how to use the device because he was begging schedule and rushing to finish the next car, and got annoyed with me when i asked him for help because i couldn’t start my car, as if EVERYONE should know how to use the device and I was a moron. Try not to use this place. I wish i had a choice to go back and pick somewhere else!
