  Subject: Google Review for Gerber Collision & Glass ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently had my vehicle repaired at Gerber Collision & Glass after a small accident that caused damage to the driver-side front panel and headlight, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I dropped off my car, the staff was fast, courteous, and very professional. They explained the entire repair process clearly and made sure I was set up with a rental vehicle right away, which made everything stress-free. When I picked up my car, I was honestly impressed. Not only was the bodywork excellent and the paint looked amazing, but they also went above and beyond by washing the outside and cleaning the inside — which I truly appreciated because my car was very dirty. On top of that, they even programmed my TPMS tire sensors that I had installed previously, without me even asking. The attention to detail and customer service really stood out. My car looks brand new again. I highly recommend Gerber Collision & Glass to anyone needing collision repairs. Thank you to the entire team for such great work!

  They claimed to have started service without informing or consulting me, and will not provide me any information or timelines. I just want my car back from this sketchy group of people that treat my business as an inconvenience to them.

  I come in here 10/23 2:00pm one lady in front desk talking with another person and Hello 👋 like I was invisible. Then another lady talking with a big boss man inside the office and When they saw me, they closed the door to have a better conversation. This place is a complete disaster. After reading a lot of bad reviews of this place. I tried to give it a chance but the first impression was unacceptable. First and last time there. And FYI At the end of the day, no one attended to me.
