  I had an excellent experience at the 410 location thanks to Daryl and Cassandra. Both were very helpful, considerate, and went above and beyond to make the process smooth for me. Since I had my child with me, Cassandra made sure the lobby was kid-friendly by putting on educational children’s shows, which kept my little one entertained. She even had Jolly Ranchers available for customers, which added a nice touch of hospitality. Daryl impressed me with his professionalism and integrity. He’s truly a man of his word, and in his line of work, that means a lot. He clearly stands behind his team and made sure everything was taken care of just as promised. To top it off, I was in and out in a single day — hands down superior service! I highly recommend this location for anyone needing collision repair.

  Not customer friendly service . Not keeping promised repair times. They don’t care if you have to work and have to pay for rental car, even if you mention before your availability. Front lady doesn’t like customers coming in 10 min before closing time. But expects that customer just come as they want. Make sure you are not only discuss your availability and have it on paper before you sign agreement with them and Enterprise rental and GEICO if you are not the at fault customer for repairs.
