Both were very helpful, considerate, and went above and beyond to make the process smooth for me. Since I had my child with me, Cassandra made sure the lobby was kid-friendly by putting on educational children’s shows, which kept my little one entertained. She even had Jolly Ranchers available for customers, which added a nice touch of hospitality. Daryl impressed me with his professionalism and integrity. He’s truly a man of his word, and in his line of work, that means a lot. He clearly stands behind his team and made sure everything was taken care of just as promised. To top it off, I was in and out in a single day — hands down superior service! I highly recommend this location for anyone needing collision repair.

They did not disappoint! Darrell and his staff were fast, friendly, honest, and highly competent. Darrell even came up with a smarter solution for handling the damage to my car, which he was able to fix on the spot. That kind of expertise and integrity is rare to find. I highly recommend this location. The extra distance was absolutely worth it for the excellent service and peace of mind.

When I questioned what am I signing I was told consent for inspection report. I was never given estimate and I was informed by the inspector of gerber collision. We are working on the car half way through. I was furious how is it you working when I never consented to start working on it prior to getting estimates of the damages. He claimed we made you signed it already. When I had straight told him do not do any work until I and the adjuster see estimate and authorized, But he had the liberty to do what he desires. That was a deceptive. Dicitfull and cheating Deceptive business practices going on. Buyer be ware
