  I don’t know how they found this little thing under all of the huge systems covered and grouped together under my Charger but they did. I’ve been going to Express Oil Change and Tire Engineers for 2 years now. It began with the care and concern they showed to my tires needing to be changed and gave me several options to change them out. Jayden was very thorough and explained how Important it was to keep my tires updated. Once I bought my son’s used car, I brought it straight there and they completed an entire inspection and completed needed repairs promptly. The communication is outstanding. My son was a senior in high school and I stressed how important it was and Rob ensured my son understood how his car needed to be maintenanced and showed him on the car. He showed the same genuine concern when his fuel injector system needed to be replaced and was so worried for his safety. My car ran hot twice while I was sick and MJ intercepted me as soon as I got out of my car to see what was wrong and I had an update on my son’s car and it was fixed with new set of tires and brakes before the day ended. I brought my car and it was fixed by them ensuring every part was fixed with why it was running hot and it came down to a little square inch conductor. How they even figured that out I’m not sure. When I picked up my car they asked me if my son had left safely to school. They are hospitable as well as fully capable to handle any job and their communication is impeccable. I’ll keep going there until they show me I shouldn’t, and I don’t see that happening anytime soon. I know their names because of their service and my son made a safe first trip back to NE from here…because of their service on his car.👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾🤛🏾🚗

  I had my dipstick stuck in the dipstick tube, Mr. McClure the manager assured me everything would be taken care of and put me at ease. The techs that worked on my car extracted the broken part in a very fast and timely manner without damaging my vehicle. They even made sure my tire pressure was topped off. Overall 10/10 experience, highly recommend this location to take care of you and your vehicle.

  The staff were super friendly. Fixed some minor issues with my car in a timely manner. The manger Arron was very informative and thoroughly. I over heard a conversation with a man that didn’t speak good English. The manger was willing to call his daughter and explain to her. He was willing to go out of his way to help a customer out. Five stars.

  I've been coming to this location for a while because they seemed like honest people. Unfortunately, my most recent visit completely changed that. I'm not coming back again, or trusting any other mechanic. I came in for a serpentine belt replacement and was quoted $185.04 before tax, $73.78 for the belt and $105 for labor. Reasonable enough, so I agreed. Then I was told the belt they quoted was "the wrong one." The final bill jumped to $320, I was shocked. The guy went away and "lowered it" to $271.77 before tax. The belt price increased to $86, the labor went to $150, and there were two extra charges for $15.78 for ShopSupplies; do you charge customers for supplies that you should have?; and an "enhanced inspection" for $19.99, which I told the guy that I did not want from the beginning since I just wanted the belt replaced. That's a 52% increase from the original quote! The shop supplies and the enhanced inspection were not a part of the original quote, and I was not a fault that you did not use the correct belt the first time and wasted more time "fixing" your mistake. Some tips: Looking up the correct part for any vehicle should happen before giving me a quote, not after. Do not add extra services that customers did not ask for. Do not charge customers extra because of your mistakes. It is not my fault that you are taking longer because you tried to put the wrong part. I won't be returning.

  Rob the manager and Ezra the mechanic were wonderful during my services this week. Always keeping me updated on everything that was going on with my car. I have been coming to this business for all of my car needs. A big shout out to Marvin who always provides wonderful customer service when I come for my oil changes over the years.
