Patrick at Express Oil Change made this a really great experience. I came in feeling anxious about potential costs, but he was honest, patient, and never pushy. He clearly explained the difference between blended and full synthetic oil and helped me make the choice that worked for me without trying to upsell anything. He also provided quotes for future brakes and tires with zero pressure, which I really appreciated. Excellent customer service and a very positive experience overall.
Patrick is insanely awesome! I have brought both my cars here multiple times and never had issues with patricks work or customer service. Patrick also remembers me and my vehicles and he always seems to be working so I know my vehicles are taken care of!

Had a really good experience here and wanted to shout out MJ. He was informative and easy to talk to. He didn’t just do the oil change and send me on my way , he explained everything they check and include with the service. They top off fluids, look over other parts of the car, and make sure everything is good to go. I appreciated that MJ took the time to go over the extras they do that you don’t always get at other places. It made me feel like they actually care about the condition of your car, not just getting you in and out. He worked quick and efficiently but was still really thorough. Definitely coming back and would recommend asking for MJ if you stop by.

Bro no. They tried to get me to do a $300 ECU "Repair" that the dealer would charge $600 for. After checking the NHTSA and Mopar and Google using my VIN, I found out that there wasn't any ECU recall on my car. After pointing that out to the oil change person, buddy seemed like he had a lil attitude and "This isn't a upcharge". After that they proceeded to give me a half ass service, didn't check my lights, didn't reset my oil light, hell they didn't even try to look at my air filter. But they definitely gave me a piece of paper saying that they did. Don't go here, there's a Valvoline up the street.
