- JLJessica Lechuga2 days ago5.0Took our 2021 Honda Pilot here for an oil change. Patrick took care of us and gave us some water while they change our oil. We put full synthetic and used $26 off coupon. Total came out to $76. We usually go to Honda and that came out to $130. This was a steal. He also did a quick diagnostic and let us know that our back brakes are worn down a little bit. So we’ll be back again for that. They also have a coupon online for brakes. Thanks Patrick for servicing us.
- PWPamela Watson4 days ago5.0Thank you so much Rob!!! I came to Exspress Oil threw people telling me how great you are. So yesterday I had trouble with my truck so I went over there. They took me right in and helped me. Told them my concerns they said they will check it all out and give me a call with cost and let me make my decision. They did this morning. I agreed for them to do the work on my truck and they started this morning and it was ready for me by 3pm. Super fast. I am so impressed with Rob, he was super nice, polite and helpful. Everyone I talked to yesterday and today was the same way. I am 72 and a women and Rob and the others made me feel safe and comfortable with their work. I will definitely let everyone I know how great I was treated. And the good work that was done. My breaks are super now and it starts super fast again.

All of my questions were answered without the feeling of being rushed. A $100 coupon was applied that i wasn't even aware of. Please consider Heather and Jacob a huge asset to your company. They were both extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Thank you for the excellent experience.

- RBRobbie BrandyNov 17, 20251.0I went in June 2025 because my AC wasn't working and was quoted a price of 1550.00 not having $1500 just laying around I paid the diagnostic fee and return a month later and got the work done initially very happy with the work done. With a 12,000 mile or 12 month warranty I felt secure in the fact if anything went wrong with my AC it would be made right. Which brings us to now. November not even four months after and yes my AC is not working so I went back to see Rob and was told what needs fixing now isn't a part of the warranty and it's going to be an additional $800. Of course it would have been more than that but he's trying to help me. What would help me is to honor the your word when I paid the initial cost of the repair I was paying for it to be fixed not patch work I feel betrayed in a mager way. I trusted them. If someone from Corporate could contact me and explain why this part of the AC repair is not covered under the Warranty I would greatly appreciate it.
