That alone is an important aspect of excellent customer service. He then proceeded to ask if I needed anything else and offered me some water. What a great first impression! I did not enter the building since they do not require you to leave your vehicle during an oil change. I think the oil change service was worth the price ($115.56 full synthetic) so I'll definitely be returning due to the convenience and kindness--they even cleaned my windshield :) Shout out to Marcus for being so thorough and welcoming! They accept walk-ins, but if you go to their website, you can also schedule ahead, which could probably make the process faster.

They simply do well with just providing suggestions and letting it be your choice. The manager in training Marcus conducted himself very professionally and his quality management showed throughout this shop.
