  Honestly, I never leave reviews. BUT The team here went out of their way to not only communicate thoroughly throughout the entire process, not only prior but during the rental to get me a speciality vehicle I needed for towing. I own a couple construction company’s and have been debating on renting or leasing, after working with the team a few times I will say the customer service and dedication from the team has made me continue renting. A big thank you to enterprise. Already recommended to a couple of other construction company’s. I will definitely keep renting and I have had nothing other than a positive experience with them.

  My truck rental went perfectly from my first call to Ben for cost and availability through picking up the equipment and the after-hours drop off. The truck - a 26’ dry van with frame end lift - was clean at pick up, operated flawlessly & was comfortable & easy to drive. The customer service I received via Ben & Elisha (sp?) was friendly, neighborly, noteworthy and commendable. 100% satisfied. Can readily recommend.

  Waiting 45 min for a scheduled SUV car pickup, no one offered to even apologize for the wait, instead I heard ( that’s how it works here) and came back one hour later to offer a small sedan. If for any unfortunate reason got to deal with the guy named Rudy, be careful!
