  I’m very disappointed with my experience at Enterprise Truck Rental today. My wife and I reserved a 15-foot truck a full week in advance and the website showed it as available. When we arrived the front desk checked us in, charged our card and then realized the truck they thought was a 15-footer was actually a 20-footer. We were then told they had no truck for us at all. We’ve rented from this Enterprise Truck location frequently and this was extremely frustrating. Especially because this time of year we collect a large amount of toys and clothes to donate to a women’s shelter for mothers and their children. Without the truck we reserved, we are now unable to deliver these items on time. Even after explaining this, the only response we received was a simple “sorry, there is nothing we can do” What made it worse is that we were then told they usually call ahead of time if a reserved vehicle won’t be available, yet no one contacted us. This entire situation was handled poorly and it has caused a major setback for something very important to us and to the families we help.
