Only for them to tell me to call the location I got the rental from to get my money back. I call location and they,AGAIN, have me call customer service!!! Worst experience!!! Picking up rental went okay…. But after returning it the one thing I did NOT want to happen, did!!! I am being charged for something that should have been taken care off, something I discussed over the phone with employee there. I asked many times if there was any reason for me to have to take on my rental to continue having because my car was getting fixed. I was told there was NO Reason to take it in and they would handle everything on their end. I trusted things would get taken care of and now there is an $100 charge on my card I was never told about. I am NOT Happy whatsoever!!! I provided everything needed and hoped things would go smoothly. Do better!

While it wasn't without it's bumps the team was great throughout. From the pick up (home close by) and drop off (collision center), to the exchange to a new vehicle (slow tire leak on the first one?) and the extending and closing out of the insurance claim/contract at the end....the team was friendly, helpful, and understanding. The cars were just ok (meh)...I am writing this review based on service. The service is what I will remember. Thanks for making a stressful experience LESS stressful. I appreciate it! Review is for the 11137 Westwood Loop, San Antonio, TX 78253 location.

The first car I was given had reddish dust covering the windshield…..I had to request the car be washed?. Then I was put into a car with two faulty tire pressure sensors and told to “just ignore them”. I drive to Austin from SA….What else might be faulty or going bad on this car?? Oh, just ignore it…every time you get into the car and the tire pressure sensors indicate there are two low tires.
