    Worst enterprise I have been to! I walked in and waited over 40 minutes before I was able to get checked in for my reservation that I had for over a week already. Then I was told by the Assistant manager Erick or however you spell his name that a credit card was required for me to rent a truck when I asked him since when he told me it’s always been a policy. I told him that was false because I had just rented a truck from another location a few weeks before that with no issues using a debt card!! I think it was because they didn’t have another truck on the lot which is fine you can be honest and not lie about not having one available that’s more understandable then lying about a bogus policy. I’m well aware of the credit card policy for luxury vehicles, executive vehicles, etc. His attitude was rude, careless and snobby. So not only have y’all known about my rental for almost a week and never told me about needing a credit card at any other locations now I’m standing here for an hour trying to figure out what other vehicles you have available. No consideration for the false information and the inconvenience. He makes me wait longer just to find a vehicle for me to rent and puts me into something that I did not want but I took anyways because of the long wait and my ride had already left. As I’m waiting there’s a long line of people and the other employee is just taking his time and moving slow. As Im there I’m talking to other customers whom took their cars back because the state of the vehicle. One person told me there was throw up under his seat, two others said the car smelled like cigarettes and someone else said the brakes weren’t good. This just gives you an idea of how this location is ran. He finally found me a vehicle which was a small SUV when I needed a larger vehicle but he clearly didn’t want to rent to me for whatever reason. Maybe it was my age (28)? Or because I was standing there with my boyfriend and he doesn’t like G*ys, what ever the reason was he took forever getting the vehicle then lost the keys to it and for the “inconvenience” of having to wait almost an hour and a half he listed the rental as it not having any gas even though it had half a tank so I could return it on E. I have rented with enterprise for years!!!! I’m a platinum member and use multiple locations very often so to be treated unfair was a horrible experience!!, We then get the vehicle and it’s clearly not cleaned properly, there were smudges on the interior of a white powder, more smudges on the steering wheel that looks like and I’m hoping was chocolate. There was a siracha opened pack of sauce under the seat that had clearly been there for a while because it was all dried out. Then the key I got was broke and damaged. Someone needs to re educate this guy on the enterprise policies. I didn’t ask to speak to the manager but he said his name was Aaron. Overall a horrible experience here and I’ll be considering taking my business to another company if this issue doesn’t get addressed accordingly. I spent easily over $500 on this rental to have it for a week which honestly lost the company money because it was less then what I would have paid for the truck.!! Never going back here once I return the car I’ll continue my business with the location on 1604 and potranco at the HEB, if I decide to use enterprise again. They know how to atleast try to find a truck if they don’t have one available and notify you if they can’t find one or don’t have one.

    Had a rental vehicle reserves and they could not give me the agreed upon vehicle for a week. Called serval times and was left on hold for 30-40 minutes with no answer terrible place. Go somewhere else if you need a rental I strongly suggest it.

    It was a very easy and quick process, the staff were very friendly which I greatly appreciate, and when I returned the car they were extremely attentive, asking me how everything had been. Thank you very much.

    Honestly they weren’t very personable nor helpful. I was literally told “no one is forcing you to do that” when I asked if their response was my only option and there was nothing else I could do. Could’ve been a way better experience honestly.
