  I actually came here after canceling a rental from Hertz for not having a car for me AND bad customer service. Once I got to Enterprise I was a little stressed and not expecting the best service but upon walking in the workers here welcomed, me and made me feel seen and valued and I was thankful they had a car available to me on short notice. I mentioned the travel was for my new job and i'd be driving pretty far for this work trip, when I brought this up the person helping me congratulated me on my new job, I believe his name was Robert but I could be wrong. Upon returning my car, Rudy helped me, I let him know I was nervous on the way back because of low tire pressure light (put air twice, might have just been a sensor, not sure) he apologized for the inconvenience and made it rightfor me. It's customer service like this that keeps customers loyal. Thank you to the team at Lakeside Pkwy. for going above and beyond for me and to others that choose to go to this location. This team has definitely earned a new loyal customer. I will be seeing you guys in about 2 weeks again as my new job requires renting vehicles for travel often. <3

  So far not a great experience. The website let me reserve a car for pick up on Sunday. All locations in San Antonio are closed on Sunday. Why would the website let me reserve if they are closed. I called customer service not sure it was in this country but were nice and understood my annoyance. Good thing Monday is a holiday and don't have to take off work to get a car. On Monday they said they were open on Sunday said Google maps had it wrong. I asked why they didn't answer the phone they said it never ran. They also quoted me 33 dollars per day then changed it to 57 per day. I signed bc I needed the car. Also, a 400 dollar deposit is outrageous. To some that could mean the difference between eating or gas. Last time I rented with them it was only 100 dollar deposit. Yes it was several years ago but still. Will think twice before renting again.

  I want to give a huge THANK YOU to Rudy at the Lakeside location. His customer service and professionalism was top notch from beginning to end. I will certainly be back.

  The person that helped me was very nice. First time I went and wasn't charged double, later other charge removed. Also first time I received my deposit back, I think. I was refunded $259.01 today but my deposit was $300. I've also been charged several times during my rentals. No refunds ever returned except maybe this past partial unless it another charge being refunded. Over $2000 on over charges.
