Arrived at noon to be told no cars available. Their lobby was filled with renters waiting for a car. Agent said he didn’t know how soon a car would come available for my noon rental. They were not waiting on Enterprise employees to bring cars in to agency. They (and their customers) were waiting for renters to return vehicles in order to use those vehicles to fulfill the reservations they had committed to. This has happened to me at other Enterprise agencies over the years. That is why I have used this specific location for the last several years. No more! No Enterprise location will get another dime from me.
- MBMaria BotelloNov 12, 20251.0Absolutely disappointed just in the customer support call center of enterprise. I informed them repeatedly that I needed to be able to rent a towing car. Once I arrived we were informed we couldn't tow with said truck as they put the rental for enterprise rent a car and not for their towing trucks. The team tried to make it right but because I was given an incorrect amount I didn't have the sufficient funds to proceed. We went ahead with the rental but had to work on cancelling the tow dolly (losing money in the process) and we had to request friends to help us tow the vehicle and keep it for us until we figure something out. Regardless I won't be renting from enterprise any time soon until they figure out how to provide a better call center and get actual techs to listen to what is actually needed and ensure that it gets done correctly.
