I was initially given an economy vehicle, which I understand is part of my rental agreement. However, the condition of the car made me feel unsafe. Every time I braked, there was a loud noise, and the vehicle felt slippery on wet roads, as if the tires were not reliable. Because of these safety concerns, I contacted three different Enterprise locations trying to find a replacement vehicle that met my rental agreement and felt safe to drive. None of the locations had a suitable car available, and I felt that my concerns were not being taken seriously. Customer service ultimately redirected me to a location I had already contacted. When I arrived at that location, they prepared a replacement vehicle, but the check engine light was on, so I was asked to wait for another car. When the next vehicle arrived, the low tire pressure warning light was on, and the car was nearly out of gas with only two miles to empty. Despite pointing this out, I was still given the vehicle. By this point, I was exhausted and just trying to safely pick up my daughter from school and get home. What should have been a simple rental exchange turned into hours of frustration across multiple locations. This experience raises serious concerns about vehicle safety, maintenance standards, and customer service consistency. I hope Enterprise addresses these issues, as no customer should feel unsafe or dismissed, especially when transporting family.

Cooper provided excellent customer service -very professional and efficient - he was able to get me into a late model 7-seater SUV at short notice. I would recommend Enterprise over the other rental car agencies.
