  This Enterprise location is the rental car facility of choice for my body shop. Carolina and the entire team here are incredibly helpful to my shop and my customers. They make things easy with courtesy rides to and from my shop for all of our customers to expedite things so you can be on your way quickly.

  This is the only location that I will rent from! I absolutely love the employees here. Edgar, Carolina n Lewis are just a few of the employees at this location that have helped us and always go above and beyond for us. They've even taken care of an issue we had at a previous location (the airport). We definitely appreciate their attentiveness and friendly demeanor anytime we come in.

  My fiancé and I came in yesterday simply to return a rental, and we honestly never imagined we’d be leaving in a brand-new vehicle—especially on a Tuesday night! From the moment we walked in, Carolina was absolutely amazing. She made the return process seamless, answered every question we had with patience and clarity, and made us feel completely comfortable every step of the way. Then came Eduardo and Luis, who truly went above and beyond to make what felt impossible actually happen. Their communication, transparency, and genuine dedication were unmatched. They worked explained everything clearly, and never once made us feel rushed or pressured. Instead, they made the entire experience exciting, stress-free, and even fun. The level of professionalism, teamwork, and customer care we experienced was outstanding from beginning to end. You can tell they truly care about their customers and take pride in what they do. We are still in absolute shock—and beyond grateful—for how smoothly everything went. This was hands down one of the best experiences we’ve ever had, and we can’t recommend Carolina, Eduardo, and Luis enough.   My name is Laurie . This is regarding EDGAR. We are long time customers of enterprise rental. Yet some how, we were threaten and treated like criminals be Edgar at this local. He gave me no room to talk over the phone. He was rude, and lied about the facts on my rental. To fit his narrative. I’d like for someone above him to give me a call. To discuss his behavior. Edgar can you please recheck. When I dropped off my car. You over charged me. Even after we did what you asked us. We turned the car in at the Leon Valley local. On Bandera rd. You shouldn’t be a branch manager. When you have very poor social skills. And allow your emotions to govern both your mouth and reason!
