Yet some how, we were threaten and treated like criminals be Edgar at this local. He gave me no room to talk over the phone. He was rude, and lied about the facts on my rental. To fit his narrative. I’d like for someone above him to give me a call. To discuss his behavior. Edgar can you please recheck. When I dropped off my car. You over charged me. Even after we did what you asked us. We turned the car in at the Leon Valley local. On Bandera rd. You shouldn’t be a branch manager. When you have very poor social skills. And allow your emotions to govern both your mouth and reason!

The one in Schertz had a minivan I could pick up but by the time they confirmed there was one in Schertz it would have been after closing time so it was a lose lose situation. The only option at that point was to get one from the airport and pay all the extra fees. Ended up costing me about an extra $150.
