Well after a $20 Uber ride, I get onsite an the manager tells me that they don’t have the car I had the reservation for and only a Mirage available. That was not good and I got pretty upset. Luckily in the next few minutes someone canceled and the manager, Edgar Esquivel, set me up with a proper rental albeit with increased fee. It is not good that one person tells me something and then the manager completely dismisses that. This was my only experience at this enterprise as I usually rent from the one on Marshall rd. No issues there.
- SSSam spotoNov 7, 20251.0Will not rent a vehicle from here again. I called a few days in advance to reserve a Truck with certain specifications. The Representative confirmed they had what I needed. After being dropped of for the time of my reservation I was told they dont have it, they never did and whomever I spoke to didn't know what they were talking about. They suggested I go to a different location, and would not give me a ride even though they are at fault. They offered no real solutions and were a pain to deal with. I highly recommend if you are considering renting a vehicle from this location or Enterprise at all, to shop around first and save yourself a headache. Update: @chris with Enterprise, I have already had a bad enough experience with your company, and I am not going to search you out to get this resolved. If this is important to you, then you will find a way to contact me. I feel I've already put in enough effort, yall should at least meet me halfway.
