  This review is for the Enterprise Rental location at 10150 McAllister Fwy, San Antonio, TX 78216 There’s plenty of Enterprise locations so don’t bother with this one. The staff is unprofessional and nobody has time for that. The worst offender was “Genesis” with “Juan” being a close second. Genesis might consider living up to her name and starting over at Chapter One: Smile. Chapter Two: Basic Courtesy. Chapter Three: Treat Customers Like They’re Not Interrupting Your Day. The interaction wasn’t explosive — just consistently cold, which somehow makes it more impressive. Juan was not rude but I could tell he was not happy working there. Both of their actions indicate to me it’s a direct result of poor management. If you want great service and friendly employees, go to 6318 San Pedro Ave, San Antonio, TX 78216. I ended up swapping my car there and the difference was immediate. Same company. Completely different atmosphere. Friendly, efficient, and clearly better managed.

  Returned vehicle on time over the weekend, charged me a day for car not being dropped off even though the key was dropped in the return box and vehicle in parking lot.

  Staff at the Enterprise McAllister location are always very friendly, courteous and efficient. Even during peak times they provide excellent service and go out of their way to make sure you're comfortable driving the vehicle out of the lot. If ever there's an issue with the vehicle they are super quick in getting you into a replacement without a hassle. I travel for work and drive a rental vehicle all year round. This is my ninth straight year renting from Enterprise and I've never had a bad experience at this location.

  Enterprise misled me on the rental days and did not clearly explain the billing timeline. I was not given any reminder that the return date was approaching, then was charged the full amount at once without warning. To make matters worse, my deposit was denied, which was extremely frustrating. Customer service was unhelpful and did not offer a fair resolution. Overall, this experience lacked transparency and accountability. I expected much better from a company like Enterprise and would not recommend renting here.
