I'm not a frequent flyer or any other kind of flyer. I used my GPS to locate this place I thought was on the airport grounds instead of inside the airport. The GPS drops you off as you get close to the airport in the middle of the 6 lane driveway entering the airport saying "you've arrived". The signage is of no use to pickup a vehicle. The signage to return a vehicle is more prominent, but you can't pickup a vehicle at the same location as the dropoff location. Why not consolidate the dropoff and pickup locations or make a pass through at the dropoff location? A hot mess.

I hate to say it, but I think I'm changing over from enterprise to hertz. Why, u ask? 2 words!!! front desk. Very unprofessional and they seemed like they didn't care about me getting home or hearing my peoblem. Thanks to the San Antonio enterprise clerk & supervisor at the airport for been Jerks. The guy from Hertz was very helpful and he heard my troubles he saved the day for me and my family.

Enterprise definitely deserve a 5 star rating. Enterprise made the whole rental process smooth and stress-free, from the quick pickup to the easy return. Their staff was professional, friendly, and took the time to explain everything clearly, and the car was clean, comfortable, and ready to go when promised, which really left a positive impression on me.

This location has the worst customer service support!! The management team is even horrible!! I been renting from enterprise for quite some time, however, if I hadn't I would never want to rent from enterprise due to the San Antonio location. They do not problem solve in a timely manner, they have poor quality in customer service, and to say they are unprofessional is an understatement!

I am currenlty in a rental vehicle from this location. It all started great (for the 2 hours) and it has since been a huge nightmare. So here's my experience. I upgraded my vehicle and then realized that it was not needed. Went back to this location and since they couldn't provide me with a vehicle that I had originally reserved they had given me a different vehicle. I made sure with the young hispanic lady (Amy) I think was her name that I did not want anything more than what the cost was of my original reservation. She ensured me that since my reservation was so fresh in their system that they weren't able to change it and that they would still honor the rate from my original reservation and not the new one which was 528 dollars MORE I might add. I still to this day have not received an updated agreement reflecting this change. I have made MULTIPLE calls to have someone from the local branch give me a call to which I still have NOT received that call. The 1 call center lady was of no assitance and stated that there was nothing she could do to assit and that I would have to take it up with them when I get back on to San Antonio. I called again and got Donna ( who was amazing) and although she couldn't make any changes for me she did advise that I call back and dispute these "so called" updagrade charges. She did also confirm that they (the call center) put notations from my multiple calls for the local location to reach out to me. I am currently out of town in said "upgraded" vehicle with still NO updated agreement and still NO call from any management. I just want to get a call from someone who will be able to give me the answers that I am wanting. If I need to switch cars where I currently am then so be it. But to not communicate with a customer who has made multiple attempts to reach your management staff is poor business practice. This is most likely the last time I will rent with Enterprise and any of their smaller entities.
