    Worse experiences ever at the airport, book for a week and when I get there they said I need a credit card for deposit but the website said I could used any Debit card for deposit!

    Reserved a premium vehicle. Confirmed the day before on the phone. Arrived and they didn’t have it. Hertz doesn’t do those to me. Reserved an X7, the next best thing they could find after 30 minutes was an X3. No offer of lowering the price. Just take it or leave it. Poor customer service.

    Frequent renter here, and there always seems to be something going wrong at this location. My most recent experience included writing left on my windshield from them, which somehow made it through employee inspections before the car was handed off. The exit process at the airport took an excessive amount of time cause I choose a lane that must have had an issue with the person in front of me, but I constantly have problems at this point. This set up completely defeating the purpose of online check-in too. While it may be convenient for the company, it has never been efficient or effective for me. Within 48 hours, I rented a second vehicle at the same location and was suddenly asked for a tax-exempt form, something I’ve never been required to provide despite renting regularly for the past three years. I understand this may be policy, but combined with everything else, it just added to an already frustrating experience. Overall, this location has left a poor impression due to repeated inconveniences. I’ll be avoiding it in the future, even if it means driving out of my way. Unfortunately, it’s one of the few contracted companies with my employer; otherwise, I’d avoid Enterprise altogether. Yes, I got emails from the location on 2 of the issues but not follow up or reply to my reply. Then I call customer service and only got an offer to report to management, who I assume already sees the email they sent me… pointless
