I was renting under my stepdad’s business account. There were three men working there that day, and one of them questioned my employer because it didn’t match the business account. He then refused my debit card and insisted I needed to be using a major credit card. I informed him that I had rented at two previous locations who gave me no trouble about my employer or method of payment. The man said very rudely, “Well you can go to those locations then.” None of those employees offered an apology or solution, just completely blew me off and clearly did not want to help at all. My stepdad was also present, and that employee was rude to him as well. I have already reached out to customer service and filed a complaint. I will not be visiting this location ever again. I just don’t understand why I was treated this way.

I was refused a receipt for my rental bc they want to file a damage under my name for damages that were on the car WHEN THEY GAVE IT TO ME. Here is a time stamp picture of right after I picked up the car. Email me my invoice without the damages. Thanks
