She handled every detail with the insurance company and went above and beyond to secure an upgraded SUV that accommodated my injuries. Her professionalism patience and attention to detail immediately put me at ease. Given my background and heightened vigilance after multiple combat deployments and the accident her ability to create a sense of safety and trust was remarkable. Enterprise would be wise to invest in her growth and promote her. She is a natural leader and an outstanding representative of the company.
