WORST experience ever. girls are so rude in the front, horrible with communication and say one thing then charge your card multiple times.
i will never come back or recommend it to anyone. Kelsey in the front needs to be taught customer service OVER AGAIN!

The only big issue I have with Enterprise is that there is no electronic database of available cars accessible anywhere outside of calling the store directly (which all reservation calls go to a central call center which doesn't have access to the inventory either) or physically being in the store. This just means that customers are frequently frustrated when they show up because what the reservation center said was there is not actually there.
Once you're in the store though, you're greeted by staff with good customer service skills and are interested in getting you out of the store with a smile on your face.

I have rented from this Enterprise Rent-A-Car location twice, and both experiences were great. The vehicles were excellent, and Liz and the staff were friendly and helpful. I will definitely rent from them again in the future.
