The customer service was excellent, especially from Matthew, who went above and beyond to make the process smooth and stress free. He was professional, friendly, and very helpful from start to finish. The car was extremely clean and well-maintained, which I really appreciated. After returning the rental, the shuttle service was excellent quick, efficient, and very convenient. Overall, the experience exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this Enterprise location and want to give a special thanks to Matthew for the outstanding customer service!
- ERedna RamosDec 3, 20255.0I had to rent a vehicle (covered by insurance) due to an accident. My dissatisfaction is with the car itself. The associates I dealt with were great. I found the car to be very stiff and uncomfortable. It felt like something was off with the alignment but apparently that's how that type of vehicle is. They offered to switch me into something more comfortable once they got a vehicle in the same class type returned to them. I did get a call as promised, but due to unexpected life circumstances, I was not able to go back to trade the vehicles. (The location i got the car from is also far from my home.) Renting and returning the vehicle was so easy and smooth. The customer service I received from Matthew at the SW Military location was above and beyond. Jesse at the Fredericksburg location was like a ninja when I returned the vehicle. I didn't even realize when he left and returned from looking over the vehicle.
