  I made a reservation online. I received a call shortly before my reservation that they I would need to pay an additional $20 additional plus the listed amount of $34/day. I was essentially told it was my fault for booking through a third party. Company should have honoured their rate or not use a third party website if they are unwilling to honour the listed rate.

  I was impressed that I was given the option to switch from the midsize SUV to a van at no extra cost, allowing me to choose the vehicle that best fit my needs. The staff was helpful in accommodating my request.

  Terrible service. Was given a vehicle in a different city and was told any of the damage was normal wear and tear and too small to document. I drop off at this location and Alyssa has a terrible attitude from the start and “fabricates” damages that don’t even fit in their circle card. Do not use this location.

  Adriana & Alyssa are GREAT! Very polite, efficient and understanding! I received a rental from Enterprise through insurance due to to an accident and they Really helped make the best out of a bad situation! Great Location & staff!!!

  I incorrectly expected Enterprise service from the past when I was in my 20s (now in my 40s). From the website to the employees to the actual vehicle, the entire experience was terrible. The website continually took my information and asked for more only to end up cycling me multiple times and ending with a message that online scheduling wasn’t available to me. Multiple 30+ min holds for multiple locations ended in being placed back on hold the moment they answered (apparently due to insufficient staffing and low customer satisfaction expectations). Walking into a location- I wait through a long line to be told they cannot assist walk-ins and I have to make a reservation online or by phone (I tried- multiple times). I’m told in-person they cannot help get me a reservation and cannot see which locations have midsized vehicle availability or even weekend hours (though google gave me most of this). Seven calls later I get one of the rudest reps I’ve ever encountered and get a reservation set. Interesting that reservations are required when it took over 40mins to be helped… When we eventually get the rental, the day we took the truck home the maintenance and other lights ding and blink every time it’s in use… we try calling, we try in person, and eventually just park the truck in the driveway for the remaining 3wks and borrow my daughter’s car or take uber/lyft. This experience was unbelievably atrocious at every step and every moment dealing with Enterprise.
