I ended up swapping my car and the difference was immediate. Came here two times. Same company. Completely different atmosphere. Friendly, efficient, and clearly better managed. Thumbs up to Zenobia Tucker. Her title is "Management Trainee" but she should be THE manager and a trainer. Stay away from the Enterprise Rental location at 10150 McAllister Fwy, San Antonio, TX 78216. They are rude and unprofessional. Obviously poor management at that location.
