My wife ask a simple questions about price they gave her a random made up number pulled out of their head. Just for us to find the bill later over double what was quoted. Once confronting the same individual that missed quoted the price he had the audacity to talk down to her again as if she is a confused woman. once I got on the phone and asked him if he was new with the company as a reason for misquoting so aggressively on the price and, if he was at least going to apologize to my wife for lying and upsetting her. He arrogantly attempted to shame me for such a question and went onto state. He would not continue speaking with me. Absolutely shameful with no accountability. I recommend everyone to speak to their insurance company and ask for a different rental provider.

I lost my debit card so I had a temporary one. It doesn't have my name on it. So I couldn't rent the vehicle. It's never been a problem before. I've rented form here before just a couple months ago and I had just opened my acct card didn't have my name and I was able to. Amanda is the only one there that always gives me a hard time. If she doesn't like her job why work there.
