  I had a great experience with this location (WW White Rd)! The customer service was amazing from start to finish. The staff were super friendly and even laughed at my jokes (even though they definitely didn’t have to—they weren’t that funny!) which I really appreciated. What really stood out was how they remembered the little details about my trip when I returned the car. It made the whole experience feel personalized and genuine. Overall, it was a smooth pleasant rental experience and I’d definitely choose them again! I’m happy they made me feel like a comedian and even though my jokes were awkward they powered through with supportive laughs. Thanks Enterprise!

  Jerome had the worse service!! My warranty scheduled a rental car for me to get into. They gave me $40, therefore I would have to pay the difference for a sedan. I called Jerome earlier that day and asked if he had cars. He told me he’s still waiting on them. My husband arrived to pick up the vehicle. Waited 2 hours for him to say that they only have a mini van. Told him that if he wanted the minivan then he would have to pay the $65 up charge. I got on the phone and asked him if he can honor the cost of the sedan since it’s not our fault that they don’t have a sedan. He told me no. Then said he canceled the reservation because I was screaming at him. Side note, there was a white lady in there who was cursing and yelling about waiting 4 hours to pick up her car. He still gave her a vehicle. I was on the phone on speaker(as my husband was in there) and I was telling him that he need to give me the car for that price. I didn’t curse or anything. He said he cancelled my reservation because of that. So I’m sure it’s because I’m black. He gave a vehicle to a white lady who cursed him out and his co worker to their face. And denied me through a phone call. I never used profanity. Connect me to the area manager please! Update next day in response to Kim’s reply: Kim the website you provided is a general website. I’ve already spoke with customer service, provided details of this reservation and incident. They told me that they are escalating it to the regional manager. I’m still waiting on a response. The photo attached shows that I was reserved for a sedan. He only had a minivan and tried to charge me for it. An extra $65 / day. Also, he says he cancelled my reservation but it’s actually still here.

  Thinking about my experience here at this location: 236 S WW White Road in San Antonio still makes my stomach hurt!! Worst experience ever AND it wasn’t just me but all other 10 customers in the lobby that morning who also had reservations but had to wait 5 hours to get a car!!! The staff is incompetent and corporate doesn’t even care enough to block the website from allowing someone to reserve a car that’s NOT IN STOCK!! Unless you have had a day to wait for a car DO NOT RENT FROM THIS LOCATION!! Another man in the lobby said this was the only location he had this experience at but it happened to him for the 3rd time the day I was there. It was extremely sad especially to see how the staff didn’t even seem to care they were RUDE & not in a rush at all to get customers into cars. Amanda, Jerome & Osi are completely incompetent and disrespectful to paying customers. SAVE YOURSELF THE FRUSTRATION AND HEARTACHE AND GO TO ANY OTHER PLACE BUT HERE!!!

  I've visited a lot of car rental places and I found enterprise to be tops. Prices are very good and affordable. Cars are clean. Service is friendly. And my points are adding up.
