Worst experience ever AND it wasn’t just me but all other 10 customers in the lobby that morning who also had reservations but had to wait 5 hours to get a car!!! The staff is incompetent and corporate doesn’t even care enough to block the website from allowing someone to reserve a car that’s NOT IN STOCK!! Unless you have had a day to wait for a car DO NOT RENT FROM THIS LOCATION!! Another man in the lobby said this was the only location he had this experience at but it happened to him for the 3rd time the day I was there. It was extremely sad especially to see how the staff didn’t even seem to care they were RUDE & not in a rush at all to get customers into cars. Amanda, Jerome & Osi are completely incompetent and disrespectful to paying customers. SAVE YOURSELF THE FRUSTRATION AND HEARTACHE AND GO TO ANY OTHER PLACE BUT HERE!!!

They charged over $1,300 without authorization or worse permission when the rental was supposed to be through the other driver’s insurance. Claimed they “didn’t have” the covered car, stuck me in something else, then added hidden fees and a waiver they never explained. Things like the car not being refueled totally get that charge but everything else wow! Run! I called three times — couldn’t care less. If Enterprise responds to this review, save the fake apology and just send the reimbursement. You took money — that’s the only response I need.

Everyone at this Enterprise which was on WW White road are friendly and can get you back on the road for as long as you need your vehicle so give them a chance and go to Enterprise on WW White road
