I washed/detailed my dirty rental vehicle upon returning home (removed scuff marks and dried wax substances). When I lowered the third row there was pet hair all over the carpet. My kids are allergic. I was offered another vehicle but I didn’t have the opportunity to swap it out. Some enterprise locations offer a discount. Not this one. As for the allergies I just gave my kids allergy medication because honestly most rentals have had pets inside. Allergies don’t lie unfortunately.
