They tried to over charge me for no reason and wasted my time which led me to rent a car from another location at Potranco. when I returned the car at the body repair shop, they picked up the car because they were the closest location, they called me after two days from drop off claiming that there was a faded spot on the passenger fender, I disagreed with them and explained that i dropped off the vehicle spot less without any spots or any kind of damage. They went and added more fabricated damage and tried to blame it on me. Very dishonest and unethical. Stay away from this location and never trust them, the manager there needs to get fired for his unprofessional-ism, not doing his job and for making up false claims. Proper company procedure calls for immediate inspection of vehicles upon return and not 2 or more days later. reading the reviews here, it looks like there is a trend of scamming the customers and making deals with nearby collision repair shops. The manager needs to be investigated for corruption and possible bribery, this is a very bad business. I already contacted customer service and filed a complaint pending their review and action, I will update this review accordingly.
