- MMMichelle MurrayFeb 22, 20261.0I had to have some repairs done to my vehicle and my insurance sent my info to this location to rent a vehicle because it was closest to my home address. While on the phone with my insurance company they called me, I called back and sat on hold for several minutes. When I did speak to them all they had were excuses as to how busy they were and wouldn’t have any vehicles. First it was , I only have 2 right now and we close soon. Then the next day they don’t know what time they’ll get more cars. Then on Saturday they have like 9 people that are supposed to come and they’re only open until 12, but MAYBE all of them won’t show up. I just felt like I was burdening them, so I asked if I my policy would pay for me to get a vehicle from ANY enterprise and he shuddered a bit and said yes. So I said I will call another location, and I did and I got a car the next morning! The other location was great from beginning to end and will be getting a 5 star review!
