Assistant male manager rude on the phone and in person does not want to be bothered. Very sad because you're either here because of an accident or to have fun traveling and they make this process unnecessarily difficult. I can't imagine that Assistant manager will be there long that poor attitude and service is not sustainable, other people will speak up I'm sure. Go somewhere else don't stress yourself out by coming here.

I spent $10 on a Lyft ride and another 10 going back to my hotel with no rental. This is absolutely ridiculous. I could understand if I was 10 or 20 minutes late but I wasn't even 5 minutes late! I called to cancel my reservation they offered no sort of compensation. Absolutely ridiculous. At the very least they could have given me a courtesy call to let me know that they close at 1:00. I'm not from this city. Had I known they were going to be like this I would have gotten here a little earlier
