Had a fully confirmed booking going through through all the prompts including securing a payment ( Credit Card ). Got there on the reservation pick up time only to be told they don't have the car I booked and not only that they have no other car to give me that day. I opt for text messages as well. No message, no phone call to let me know that. I wouldn't trust this location.
