  I really appreciated the customer service from Jovie Torio at Enterprise. He picked me up with the car I would be renting and was so friendly and accommodating. He showed me where everything was in the car and helped me with check in process. The tank was full. Jovie really seems to love his job and that is a pleasure to witness. I appreciate Enterprise all they do to make the customer experience one you remember. Jake, the manager, was also quite nice on the phone when I called. All in all, definitely was a 5 star experience.

  Customer service at the time of rental was fantastic. They delivered the vehicle to me after I dropped my truck off at the repair shop. There was no need to shuttle. I was just disappointed with the cleanliness and detailing of the rental. Plus it was delivered with less than 1/4 tank of gas.

  I debated should I write this or not and I decided to write it because of the way business is conducted at Enterprise. When you're turning your car in due to an accident and you arrive to pick up your rental car you're at their discretion because of work or etc. When I went this morning I had a full size rental reservation due to my car being a full size car. They offered no explanation just took me out and put me in a Kia Soul. I'm a big guy so you think they would take that into consideration. They did not so I asked why are you putting me in this car isn't the reservation for a full size car. They give me the excuse of saying that they dont have any cars. Ironically, I'm looking around the lot and there were several cars. In fact, while I was there a car pulled up and a guy got out with a enterprise shirt after apparently washing the car and I said put me in that car. I was told that's not our car which is when I knew he was full of it and I left. Now keep in mind my Insurace company is paying for a full size car and I'm in a compact. Just wanted to let it be known so you can ensure you do more research before booking a car.
