There were no floor mats included! All these items are should be standard in the purchase of a vehicle.

I was so nervous to purchase again and deal with new car salesman so Jasmine answered every question and make it just like they stated "Hassel Free" in the very next day I purchased a beautiful and almost new vehicle. Only downside was that their computer said they could not give up gap insurance because USAA provides it. They don't. (USAA) When I called and asked I was told by USAA that they do not have it.
