- EREthan Richard3 days ago1.0Absolutely horrific service, Brought in my car at 8:00 only for it to sit on the lot for 5 hours without being seen until I called at 1:01 and I was told that no one had looked it and they specifically said that my appointment didn't guarantee someone would look at my car anytime close to it. Then they called me back at 1:49 saying that they weren't confident in any way to fix it to where they would recommend any specific service for my car. When I went and picked up my car I was told the spark plugs where moved around to see if that would do anything and it turned off my check engine light but it only lasted for a day and a half and immediately came back on leaving me back at square one with no more information than I went in with other than to never go back to Chad Miller if I want actual work to be done.
