Carlisle Air Automotive has been providing the San Antonio community with complete car care since 1955. We provide all of your general auto repairs and maintenance needs, including oil changes, brake repairs, auto A/C repairs, fleet services, and so much more.
On Saturdays, our Parts Department is open from 8am-3pm. Our Service Department is also available on Saturdays to take calls from 8am-3pm to schedule Monday-Friday appointments and to answer any questions you may have.

- AAAmandaSep 18, 20253.0Worked with Ashlynn to get the vents in my car unblocked. I was quoted $400 for an electrical diagnosis which could involve repair of the blend door actuator. After repair, I received an invoice for $385 ($285 for a repair for leak in the schraeder valve, ac recharge, and freon, plus $100 extra in labor because Ashlynn said the mechanic was able to “rig” the ac vents to blow cold). After my second attempt picking up the car (was not given a lockbox code or key the first time) the vents were still blocked and were in the condition I dropped it off. I spoke with service manager Richard Dwyer and got a full refund. It is understandable to not be able to fix what I was quoted for, but it’s another to be charged the quoted amount for something I did not asked to be fixed. I was not told about the leak, asked about the recharge or freon, or asked to have my ac “rigged” until it was done. I am thankful for Richard’s customer service, and only rate this place as such to give them the benefit of the doubt and assume this does not happen all the time.
