  Extremely disappointed with the San Pedro location. Their automated wash ripped off my rear wiper blade and scratched my rear window. On-site staff explicitly admitted the equipment is "old and needs updates," yet they failed to provide a claim number. I was promised a follow-up within days, but after multiple emails and calls, I have been completely ignored. I am still waiting for a resolution and compensation for the damage caused by their faulty machinery. Avoid this location if you value your vehicle and professional customer service.

  Don’t come here unless you want scratches on your car. I decided to get it cleaned and paid the top price since this freeze happened plus all the salt on the road. It was dark out so I went straight home afterwards, only to see that the entire back of the car was almost untouched, and found brand new scratches on the top of my car. Reminder to myself and you all, just wash your car yourself 🤦🏻‍♀️

  Pretty good place. Very easy to get too. Vaccum area doesn't have any covering. Open to the elements.

  Used to cost 6, now it's 10$. The sink is broken, and there is no shade at all. The staff was nice 👌
